Dennis Raffaelli has the responsibility of overseeing the Company's Pricing and Merchandising of Products. As Executive Director of Merchandising and Pricing, Mr. Raffaelli's primary responsiblities include Pro's Ranch Markets price books as well as the presentation of the grocery products. Dennis is also in charge of sales projections, gross profit, payroll, inventory control, pricing and employee morale within the Arizona Region.

Mr. Raffaelli has held high level positions in the Supermarket Industry for over 36 years. Prior to joining Pro’s Ranch Markets in 2002, Dennis was the Executive Director Merchandising, Pricing for Notricas 32nd Street Markets for 13 years. His responsibilities included buying, pricing, and merchandising. From 1983 to 1988, he was a Retail Counselor with Unified Western Grocers. And from 1969 to 1982, Mr. Raffaelli was a Store Director for Kroger Food Stores in California and Texas. Dennis graduated from Cantwell High School and later received his degree from East Los Angeles College.
