Mr. Francisco Medina is the Director of Meat for the Southwest Operations. Frankie
has the responsibility of overseeing the Company’s Meat Operation in Southwest.
Mr. Medina primary focus is on buying, pricing and overall responsibility of meat grosses.
Frankie has over 21 years of experience in the meat industry. Prior to joining Pro’s Ranch Markets in 2001, Frankie was the Meat Supervisor for Southwest Supermarkets for 15 years. His responsibilities included buying, pricing, inventory control, and quality assurance. Frankie graduated from Carl Hyden High School in Phoenix, Arizona.
