Jim Caputo is the Company’s Executive Director of Store Development, Innovation . Mr. Caputo has the responsibility of overseeing the Company’s Store Development and Maintenance. Mr. Caputo’s primary duties are new store development and maintenance of existing stores. Jim is also responsible for company wide remodels and all new projects relating to construction or maintenance. Prior to joining Pro’s Ranch Markets in 2001, Mr. Caputo owned a Restaurant for several years in Arcadia, California. Jim also owned his own construction company building new homes in areas such as Oxnard, California. Mr. Caputo graduated from Arcadia High School and later received his degree from Cal Poly Pomona.
