Jose Loera has the responsibility of overseeing the Division in the Food Service Departments in Arizona; which includes the Hot Foods, Bakery, and Tortilleria Departments. Mr. Loera supervises all aspects of the operations which include; quality assurance, inventory control, Team Member development, customer service, and sales forecasts.

Mr. Loera has held various positions in the industry as a Manager, District Manager and his current position as Director of Food Service Operations in the Northern Region Division in California.

Mr. Loera graduated from Southgate High School in California in 1993 and continued his education in Business Administration at East Los Angeles College.
