Louie Goncalves began his career in the Supermarket Industry as a Courtesy Clerk since 1976 with Market Basket (Kroger Food Stores) and continued his career with various Supermarket food chains. Prior to joining Pro's Ranch Markets Mr. Goncalves was a Store Director for Notricas 32nd Street Markets.

Mr. Goncalves has held various positions in the industry as General Manager, Grocery Buyer, and his current position as General Manager for California.

Mr. Goncalves is responsible for the day to day operations of managing a division and overseeing a Human Resources, and a Maintenance Team within the Northern California Region. Mr. Goncalves is also responsible for the sales projections, gross profit, payroll, and inventory control: He is in charge of the buying for liquor, beer, wine and writing the ads along with the merchandising for their categories.

Mr. Goncalves graduated from Cerritos High School and continued his education at Cerritos College in Business Administration.
