Michael Provenzano is the company’s Executive Vice President Real Estate and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Provenzano’s strategic vision and financial expertise has proven invaluable for the Company. Michael’s primary responsibilities include overseeing the company’s financial affairs as well as the direction of the Company’s new store development. Mr. Provenzano has also been instrumental in delivering Pro’s Ranch Markets specialty foods concept to the Hispanic marketplace.

Mr. Provenzano began his career with Pro’s Ranch Markets in 1992. Michael’s creative leadership has helped the Company grow from a single store in 1992 to the multi store chain it is today. Prior to joining Pro’s Ranch Markets, Michael was an accountant for Price Waterhouse. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for CGA.

Michael Provenzano graduated from Arcadia High School in 1984 and received his bachelor degree from the University of Southern California in 1988 with an emphasis in Accounting. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Provenzano received his CPA. Michael is married and has 3 sons.
