Miguel Zapata is the Director of Property Management and Special Projects. Mr. Zapata has the responsibility of overseeing the Company's property rentals, as well as special projects. Miguel has over 25 years of experience in the Supermarket Business. He started with CEO, Mike Provenzano in 1978 and has held many positions with the Company. Mr. Zapata’s prior duties over his tenure with the Company include Grocery Manager, Store Director, as well as Advertising and Promotions. Mr. Zapata graduated from Comercial Academy in Yucatan, Mexico in 1965.
