Ramiro Covarrubias is the Director of Meat for the California Operations. Ramiro
has the responsibility of overseeing the Company’s Meat Operation in California. Mr. Covarrubias primary focus is on buying, pricing and overall responsibility of meat grosses. Ramiro has over 20 years of experience in the meat industry. He started with the company in 1991 as a Meat Manager at Southland market. And as the company grew, so did his job duties. Prior to working at Pro's Ranch Markets, Ramiro worked for Farm Fresh and Bargain Foods Market.
Mr. Covarrubias graduated from El Monte High School.
