Rick Provenzano is the Vice President of Operations for Pro's Ranch Markets. As the Vice President of Operations, Mr. Provenzano's primary responsibilities is to supervise the General Managers in the Phoenix, El Paso and Bakersfield Regions. He is in charge of sales projections, gross profit, payroll, inventory control and pricing within the entire company. Mr. Provenzano is also responsible for the overall team member morale, which includes over 2500 employees.

Mr. Provenzano began his career with Pro’s Ranch Markets in 1994 as a Grocery Manager for Southland Market. As the company continued to expand, Rick moved to Bakersfield, California to direct and lead the Northern California Stores.

Rick Provenzano graduated from Arcadia High School in 1989 and received his Bachelor Degree from Cal State Northridge in 1994 with an emphasis in Business Administration. Rick is married and has 2 sons and a daughter.
