Roy Shaw is the Company’s Corporate Director of Food Service Quality Assurance. Mr. Shaw’s primary focus is providing Pro’s Ranch Markets consistency across all of the specialty foods departments. This includes quality, pricing, operations, purchasing, inventory, personnel development and merchandising. Mr. Shaw has over 35 years of experience as a Food Service Professional. Prior to joining the Company, Roy worked in the Restaurant Division of large companies such as Campbell Soup and Mc Donald’s Corp. Mr. Shaw graduated from Cal State LA with a degree in Business Administration in 1966.
