Tina joined Pro’s Ranch Markets in August of 2006 with over eighteen years of Human Resource management experience across several industries. Prior to joining Pro’s Ranch Markets, she was the Executive Director of Human Resources for Desert Mountain Properties, an exclusive private golf community in far North Scottsdale considered to be one of the best, and largest, golf clubs in the world.

Prior to DMP, Tina was the Corporate Director of Human Resources for MarketFare Foods, a food manufacturing company with corporate offices in Phoenix, and manufacturing sites around the United States. Tina also spent seven years in local and regional HR Director positions in the hospitality industry, and seven years as the head of Human Resources for a plastic injection molding company based in San Diego, California.

She is currently a Board Director for the Arizona SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) State Council. Her volunteer service has in the past included serving as President of the Valley Hospitality Human Resources Association, and chair and board leadership positions in the VSHRA, a chapter of SHRM. Tina also has been an adjunct instructor when time permits for Human Resources college courses at the undergrad and graduate level, and is completely bilingual (Spanish/English).

Tina received her Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from Ottawa University, and her Masters in Business Administration from Arizona State University. She is SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certified, and is a certified Birkman Assessment consultant. Tina has received a number of awards and recognition, including her most recent honors as a nominee for the AZSHRM Professional Excellence Award in 2005, and a nominee for the Judith Krebs Memorial Volunteer of the Year Award in 2004.

Tina is married and has two sons and a daughter-in-law.
